Week 1: Nasa
On Nasa week we will activate your child’s inner explorer. We will build rockets, talk about propulsion and use numbers to create moon cookies. Students will develop their writing skills by logging their journey in a SPACE LOG. Learn More

Astronauts will let their imagination fly by building a rocket out of any materials they find. Their imagination is limitless.
Solar system

Astronauts will show what they know about the solar system, and learn so much more. We will travel to outer space to view Mars up close.
The Milky Way

Astronauts will talk about our home galaxy and others that exist. We will use this information to create our own galaxy.
The Constellations and the Moon

Week 2: Steam Week
STEAM stands for science, technology, engineering, art and mathematics. It is important because it is a part of our everyday lives. Steam activities provide hands-on and minds-on activities for the student. Making students question the mundane, which in turn helps the student to do much more than learn. Learn More
Chemical Reaction

As scientists we will hypothesize and learn the differences between acids and bases, and how neutralization occurs through chemical reactions.
How does it rain?

We ask about the world around us and answer questions using the scientific method. We will learn about the water cycle and its components. Students will make it rain.
How do we breathe?

Our respiratory system is important in keeping us alive, our young biologists will learn how it works and its major components through a DIY model.
How do catapults work?

Our young engineers will learn how to make a catapult and understand how it works. They will learn about force and how it relates to the displacement of mass.

Week 3: Math Wokshop
Join us to develop math strategies that help us understand how math works. We will understand addition as "putting together" and "adding to." Understand Subtraction as "taking apart" and "taking away from". Students will be able to understand place value in one, two and three-digit numbers. Time sense is important, students will be able to estimate how much time things take to accomplish. Students will be engaged, creating different ways to make up $1.00 using their coins. Learn More
Number sense : Place Value (2 & 3 digit numbers).

Students will practice their math sense by relating math to everyday activities. We will learn and review place value up to the hundredths place with a fun activity.
Addition Strategies.

Students will use different strategies to practice their additional skills. We will add on, by 2’s, 5’ & 10’s.
Subtraction Strategies.

Students will understand the relationship between addition and subtraction. They will apply different subtraction strategies, in order to solve different mathematical problems.
Time/Money Math.

We will learn how to tell time, and make our own clock. We will also divide our clock into parts to learn about fractions. Money math will be used to show how many ways they can make US$1.00, using their coins.

If you have a group of kids, and have an idea for a camp, we can help you! For $65 a week per kid for groups of 3-5 kids, or $55 a week per kid, for groups of 6 to 10 kids.
