Connect & Learn STEAM Week

Overview

We live in an ever changing world. We create, design, modify and adapt everyday. Our children have the opportunity in this camp to potentialize their ideas, passions, scientific and mathematical knowledge. They will do this through small experiments that will open them up to a world of curiosity, logic and the need to continue creating. We believe in the importance of integrating this with art. Ideas begin with a thought, a drawing, a craft or painting. Let 's help them become the scientists of the future.

What is it that we do?

In this camp students develop their inner scientists, engineers, technologists, artists and mathematicians. They think about how to solve everyday problems. Campers are presented with activities and come up with questions on how to improve them, or focus on what problems they solved. Through age appropriate STEAM projects, we can see our students' understanding of topics discussed during the week.

POWER DANCE! We take a brain break, by dancing we take a moment to be silly, share, laugh and most importantly enjoy some more.

Art helps develop motor skills, make innovative decisions. Each day children will work on an art project related to what they learned that day. For this we recommend to always have basic arts and crafts kits at home, this kit can include: markers, white pages, scissors, glue, pencils, glue and construction paper.
